Brightwell Bees

All our honey comes from our own hives in Oxfordshire and Berkshire. As “local provenance” is important to us, we provide both Berkshire and Oxfordshire honey.

Clear summer honey

This "runny" honey typically has rich aromatic flavours, which can vary from hive to hive depending on the floral source selected by the honeybees.

Soft set spring honey

A smooth floral honey which spreads effortlessly on fresh crusty bread or croissants. A mild honey with a fresh spring blossom taste.

Comb honey

Our summer comb honey is cut straight from the wooden hive frame. Wonderfully tasty spread on hot buttered toast.
Seasonally available.

Gifts

A presentation in calico and raffia makes the perfect Christmas present, party gift, end of term teacher’s present or inclusion for a gift hamper. We also offer 8oz jars as wedding favours.
