Our local honey
All our honey comes from our own hives in Oxfordshire and Berkshire. As “local provenance” is important to us, we provide both Berkshire and Oxfordshire honey.

Comb honey
A smooth floral honey which spreads effortlessly on fresh crusty bread or croissants. A mild honey with a fresh spring blossom taste. Our grandchildren's favourite
This "runny" honey typically has rich aromatic flavours, which can vary from hive to hive depending on the floral source selected by the honeybees.
Each hand-cut section has lots of hexagonal beeswax cells filled with delicious honey.
We have a limited volume which is only available in mid to late summer
